حضورياً في القاعةIn the room
سجّل مسبقاً لتحصل على أولوية الدخول ومقعد محجوز.Register in advance for priority entry and a reserved seat.
- ضمان الدخول 5,000 ريال، نقداً أو شيك باسم «حساب تصفية مركز الزل للسجاد»Entry deposit of SAR 5,000, in cash or by cheque in the name of "Al-Zil Carpet Center Liquidation Account"
- يُسترد الضمان إذا لم تتم عملية شراءRefundable if no purchase is made

شروط المزادConditions of sale
الأسعار والرسومPrices and fees
سعر البيع يشمل ضريبة القيمة المضافة 15%. يُضاف إلى سعر البيع 5% سعياً للمزاد، والضريبة على السعي.The sale price includes 15% VAT. A 5% buyer's premium is added to the sale price, with VAT applied to the premium.
طريقة المزادMethod of sale
المزاد بحد أدنى لسعر البيع. إذا لم تصل القطعة إليه تُسحب، وينتقل المزاد للقطعة التالية حسب ترتيب الكتالوج.Lots are offered subject to a reserve. If a lot does not reach its reserve, it is withdrawn and the sale moves to the next lot in catalogue order.
المعاينةInspection
المعاينة أساس البيع، ويُعد المشتري عالماً بحالة القطعة قبل المزاد.Inspection is the basis of sale. Buyers are deemed to know the condition of each lot before the sale.
السداد والاستلامPayment and collection
يلتزم المشتري بالسداد والاستلام خلال 5 أيام عمل من نهاية المزاد. بعدها تُحتسب رسوم تخزين 100 ريال لكل قطعة يومياً.The buyer must pay and collect within 5 working days of the sale. After that, storage fees of SAR 100 per lot per day apply.
إعادة العرضRe-offer
إذا لم يُستوفَ المبلغ في الوقت المحدد تُعاد القطعة للبيع، ويتحمل المشتري الفرق عن سعر البيع الأول.If payment is not received on time, the lot is re-offered and the buyer bears any shortfall against the original price.
الإشراف والترخيصSupervision and licence
يُقام المزاد تحت إشراف وزارة العدل، بالتعاون مع مكتب محمد صوان للمحاسبة والمراجعة القانونية، بموجب صك الحكم رقم 4430282410 الصادر من المحكمة التجارية.The sale is held under the supervision of the Ministry of Justice, in cooperation with Mohammed Sowan Accounting and Legal Review Office, under judgment no. 4430282410 of the Commercial Court.
